About Marco

People first.
Story always.

“Tokyo StoryVision grew from two parts of my life that have always belonged together: understanding people and telling stories.”

I’m Marco, an Italian creative based in Tokyo. For more than 12 years, I’ve worked across Talent Acquisition and Talent Branding, learning how organisations earn attention, build trust and connect with the people they want to reach.

That curiosity led me to complete a Master’s degree in Marketing at the University of Glasgow while developing my craft in photography and videography. Over time, strategy and visual storytelling naturally came together — and Tokyo StoryVision was born.

Today, I bring a people-first perspective, a marketer’s sense of purpose and a filmmaker’s eye for emotion and detail to every project. The goal is simple: content that feels human, looks considered and helps your brand connect with the people who matter.
